Any use of this web site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Bespoke Tables (@rkady design). You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this web site for any purpose.
Access is provided to this Web site in accordance with the Conditions set out here. Any use of this Web site including orders placed by You will be subject to these Conditions.

Access:You are provided with access to this Web site in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Liability and Indemnity:
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 'Bespoke tables' or any of its employees or agents or fraudulent misrepresentation. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our web site, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the web site. We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the web site (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the web site, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Web site, or the use by any other person accessing the Web site using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information. We may terminate your use of the web site immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to

Our furniture is handmade individually after your order is accepted. Please note all the pieces are individual, the piece you receive may differ from what you see on our web site.
Please note that as our products are wood which is a natural material. The wood itself will expand and contract due to moisture content. We use only kiln dried wood (unless reclaimed wood is used) and do our best to ensure the material is stable as we can however we cannot guarantee that there will be no movement of the material due to environmental changes, such as use of central heating, air conditioning, placement in direct sunlight, hot or damp conditions in the place of use. Where reclaimed wood is used, due to its age and unknown history, we cannot guarantee that there will be no movement of the material due to environmental changes, such as use of central heating, air conditioning, placement in direct sunlight, hot or damp conditions in the place of use.
Glass furniture and glass in furniture (including glass table tops) being inherently fragile will not be guaranteed beyond the initial delivery of the item/items. Please take care with your glass products, they are fragile.
When glass table tops are ordered singlely, or or ordered without an appropriate base, the responsibility for checking the safety/stability/suitability of the table top and final placement of the table top lies with the customer.
Occaisionally we may have products to be sold as 'seconds'. There may be flaws in the appearance of the product/item sold as a 'second'. There are no guarantees on purcased produsts/items sold as 'seconds'. Products/items that are 'seconds' are sold 'as is'. The product/item will be clearly stated as a 'second' to the customer.
If you have any concerns about the area you intend to locate the product, please advise us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Accuracy of Content
Bespoke Tables has used reasonable care to make sure that the information appearing on the Sites is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors and omissions do occur and visitors should check with Bespoke Tables to ensure the accuracy of any information. None of the material contained in the Sites is to be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact.
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and the piece of wood on display, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bespoke Tables disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site.
Bespoke Tables shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site.
The copyright for any designs or construction methods we provide is reserved and if a client chooses not to proceed at this stage, the design may not be taken away and made elsewhere.
A non refundable deposit will be payable on all commission work before it commences. The remaining balance to be paid in full before despatch. By pre-ordering such furniture you agree to this condition. Once the client decides to proceed, a non re-fundable deposit of 50% is applied. If the client initially pays more than 50% of the total price (eg pays in full), 50% of the total price is still considered a non-refundable deposit. The commission work may be cancelled at any time before the materials are selected and prepared. Once commission work has begun, you must pay for work.
If balance is not paid upon completion of commission work within a month, we reserve the right to pursue the remaining balance or resell the said item.
Commission works are normally completed within 4 months of ordering. We will inform the clients some stages we are at.
When the work is completed, arrangements are made for delivery. At the stage the remaining balance of payment including delivery charge is due.
Price and Payment
All prices are in £ Sterling and exclude delivery charges where they apply.
Method of Payment:
We accept UK sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank, UK sterling Postal Orders and UK sterling cash. If you choose to send cash, please use Special Delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture products you have ordered will fit into your desired space, in your house or office, and will fit through all through doors and access routes on they way. We accept no responsibility if your item doesn't fit into your desired space, in your house or office due to insufficient access.
The products you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us. You must check all details and aspects of your order are correct, and suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery. Once you place your order by email or phone, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm details.
If you are not sure what you need, please read our various web pages first then use e-mail to ask your question if you can't find the answer. We will then tell you where to find the answer in our web site or, in the unlikely event that the answer is not in our web site, we will try to answer your question if it relates to our products.
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following conditions:
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to cancel your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Web site.

Delivery / Insurance
Bespoke Tables only delivers to the following UK territories: Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. These delivery charges apply to Mainland UK only; if you order Products for delivery outside Mainland UK, you will be informed of the rate of delivery charges applicable and other delivery information when or soon after we receive your order.
Delivery fee is not included in the catalogue price. Our standard furniture delivery prices are calculated according to the destination, size and type of product. The charge for furniture varies according to the volume, weight and destination. This includes tables, desks, table tops and coffee tables. We will confirm you the total at the time you place your order or when you enquire and contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery by email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient access for delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.
All furniture deliveries require a signature upon delivery to confirm that you have safely received your order. All delivery costs include VAT.
You must ensure the presence of a reliable adult at the address to inspect, sign and acknowledge the receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition for the goods. Do not sign without inspecting contents, even if this delays the delivery driver. If thorough inspection is impossible, endorse the form with "not inspected". Damage Insurance will be forfeit if you or your representative signs for goods as "received in good condition".
If delivery can not be made because the delivery address is inaccessible or unmanned then you agree to pay any reasonable additional charges that the carrier company may levy for redelivery attempts or delivery to a different address.
Important Delivery Information:
Please note that we will charge you a non-refundable storage fee of £50 per full week in the following circumstances :
Where delivery have not been made: 3 weeks after the original due date of the furniture or first delivery attempt by us (whichever is the later.)
Where bookings have been made: if you are unavailable to take delivery of your furniture order on two occasions after agreeing delivery dates with us.
Delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused because we cannot gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed at any time in the order process.
Goods are not insured during transit unless you specifically request it in writing at the time of ordering. Insurance charges (if requested) are in addition to the above quoted amounts. Where items are not insured against loss or damage, reimbursement will be limited to whatever the carrier company agrees to pay us. In the case of damage, you agree to assist us with any reasonable request which may include the return of damaged goods/packaging or a photograph of it.
A full payment will be payable on all overseas order before it commences.
Delivery charges are based on calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the order. The charge includes a 2% administration charge. We reserve the right to withdraw international delivery at anytime.
We do not currently offer delivery to BFPO addresses.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Bespoke Tables cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the shipment or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the furniture you ordered by email form.
If the order is cancelled before it has been packed then there will be no charge. If the order has already been packed and assigned when you contact us, you will be charged handling fee.
Cancellation of commission: You must pay any costs we incur in connection with your order.
If the order has already been dispatched, our Returns policy applies.
Under The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel within 7 working days "Cooling-Off period" after delivery of order (with exception of commission work). You may return the goods in good, resalable condition in which you receive them with proof of purchase (receipts or despatch notes).
The products may be returned by informing us in writing within 7 days receiving products.
You can return any unopened and unused products ordered within 7 days of receipt (with exception of commission work), by contacting us within that 7 day period and we will refund any payment that you have already made. You are required to return any such cancelled products to us within 28 days of the date of cancellation.
All you have to pay is total of the delivery fee on the invoice. Please ensure you return the item in original packaging unless we permit otherwise and put delivery label properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them. If you keep the goods for longer or if the goods are not returned in "as new" unused condition then the full invoice amount is payable unless we agree otherwise.
Please do enclose your name, address, invoice number and full details of the reason (printed, not handwritten) for return.
If you believe any of our products to be of an unsatisfactory quality please immediately contact us and treat your product with the utmost care. Nothing mentioned in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
Please ask us before you return your order. Then we will inform you our address to return your goods by email.
If you return the goods, Please
pack the goods carefully and undamaged. Print our address on the front of the package
enclose your full name, address, invoice number, email address and contact details describe the fault and other relevant reason to return
Please DO contact us a few days after returning anything in order to ensure that we received it.
Products/items sold as 'seconds' cannot be returned.
Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the account that originally paid.
We can not accept responsibility for any consequential loss arising from your failure to discuss problems with us. For example, if you think that an item is faulty and pay someone to check your installation without our authorisation, we will not be liable for any costs that you incur.
The packaging is there to protect the product and, provided that the product itself arrives in good, usable condition, such cosmetic damage to the packing does not constitute a reason for rejecting, returning or requesting a discount.
If the goods are damaged you must advise Bespoke Tables by email immediately and return them, carefully packed, with the original packaging enclosed so that we can claim against the carrier service. If you do not return the packaging, we will not be able to claim and you will be responsible for our uninsured losses. Please contact Bespoke Tables before returning anything.
Where a delivery
by carrier needs a signature on receipt you must not sign unless
you have inspected the contents. Be sure to tell anyone that you
delegate to accept the delivery on your behalf. A signature indicates
that you have received everything listed on the Delivery Note and
that there is no damage.
In order to minimise costs and to reply as quick as possible, we
communicate by email whenever possible. By placing an order you
agree to communicate with us by email. In order to ensure a quick
reply, please use our web site email form or reply to an email sent
by us directly from your email client.
We are open 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday except Bank holidays.
We will inform any other holidays we take during a year on our web
We always try
to reply to messages within a maximum of 48 hours during the working
week (Mon - Fri). If you receive no reply from us then your e-mail
is probably not working. Please ensure you use valid email address
